Privacy
This page covers this website (mnemosyne-os.com), not the Mnemosyne OS product. The product is local-first — your notes, memory and vaults live on your machine, AES-256 encrypted; see the product site for its own privacy details.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through a form: your name, email, an optional phone number or messaging handle, your preferred contact channel, your organization and country, and your message. We use it for one thing — to answer you. Nothing on this site is required to browse it.
How forms are handled
Form submissions are transmitted through Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), which forwards them to our inbox. They are not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and our exchange with you, then deleted.
Analytics
Audience measurement is cookieless and aggregate (page views, referrers) via Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, no cross-site profile, nothing about you personally.
Local storage
Your theme preference and the dismissal of the cookie banner are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never leave it. There are no tracking cookies and no advertising networks.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of the data you sent us. Write to dev@mnemosyne-os.com. Where the GDPR or a similar data-protection law applies to you, these requests are honoured within the legal time limits.
